This bride ordered a cake to feed 500, but only had 100 guests.
She loved the way this cake looked, and wanted to cut into the cake with her new husband.
So we created a fake cake for her. Covered in fondant, and elegantly displayed. In the back we inserted a piece of their favorite cake. They cut the cake, fed each other, and their guests had pieces of cake from sheet cakes in the kitchen.
